Ironically for all this talk about mistakes and erring (here, as one afternoon, I think of Thoreau’s errant), no one seemed to notice the error in the transcription when Henry says:

“Paul Orillio mentions in one of his books that evrytime you get a new technology, you get a new type of accident. I don’t think we really know what the new type of accident is yet.”

Almost certainly Henry said Paul Virilio, but who will know?

Almost certainly evrytime was a typo.
